You hear great leaders who have ‘owned’ tangible initiatives that drove products to market or grew organizations. Don't look for the right company to work for, create it.

People always look to see if the grass is greener on the other side. They leave their current company because they are frustrated with their role, culture, politics, etc. They only move on again two years later. The average someone stays at the same company is 2-3 years. Instead of moving jobs to work for the 'right' company, work to change your role/company to the right company.
